5.5 Contenidos del Usuario
Auralith World no asume responsabilidad por los contenidos remitidos por los Usuarios a través del Sitio Web, correo electrónico o WhatsApp. El Usuario garantiza que los contenidos que remita no vulneran derechos de terceros ni la legislación vigente.
6. Enlaces No Autorizados
Se prohíbe a terceros el establecimiento de enlaces (hipervínculos, frames, enlaces profundos) a este Sitio Web sin la previa autorización expresa por escrito de Auralith World. En particular, queda prohibido:
- Establecer enlaces que incrusten el Sitio Web o partes del mismo en un frame, inline frame o elemento similar (framing), de modo que el Sitio Web no se visualice en su forma original o se cree la impresión de asociación, aprobación o patrocinio por parte de Auralith World.

En caso de establecerse un enlace, este deberá dirigirse siempre a la página de inicio (https://auralithworld.com/) y no deberá sugerir ninguna representación engañosa sobre la relación entre el tercero que enlaza y Auralith World.
7. Propiedad Intelectual e Industrial
La totalidad de los contenidos de este Sitio Web — incluyendo, a título enunciativo y no limitativo, textos, gráficos, logotipos, imágenes, iconos, vídeos, audio, software, bases de datos, código fuente, diseño, marcas, nombres comerciales y demás signos distintivos — son propiedad exclusiva de Biantai Building Business, S.L. (Auralith World) o se utilizan con la autorización del correspondiente titular de derechos. Están protegidos por la legislación española de propiedad intelectual (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996, de 12 de abril, texto refundido) y por la normativa europea e internacional aplicable.
En ningún caso el acceso al Sitio Web implica la concesión de licencia o derecho de uso alguno sobre sus contenidos al Usuario, salvo que sea otorgado de forma expresa y por escrito por Auralith World.
