6. Honorarrechner
Der Honorarrechner liefert eine orientierende Schätzung auf Grundlage der Standardhonorare von Auralith World (2,5 % für Immobilien, 3,5 % für Geschäftsübernahmen, Mindesthonorar 10.000 €). Der tatsächliche Honorarbetrag kann je nach den spezifischen Umständen des Einzelfalls abweichen.
7. Abonnementpläne
Auralith World bietet zwei Abonnementpläne für juristische Dienstleistungen an:
- Estándar — 200 €/Monat: Umfasst Rechtsberatung, Unterstützung bei Verwaltungsanforderungen, außergerichtliche Forderungen und Rabatte auf weitere Dienstleistungen.
- Premium — 900 €/Monat: Umfasst alle Estándar-Leistungen zuzüglich Vertragsprüfung und -erstellung, Prozessführung bis 50.000 € Streitwert, arbeitsrechtliche Schlichtung, Mediation/Schiedsverfahren, Gesellschaftsrecht und Steuerberatung.
Die Abonnementbedingungen werden im jeweiligen Mandatsvertrag individuell geregelt. Die auf der Website genannten Preise sind unverbindlich.
8. Haftungsbeschränkung
Auralith World übernimmt keine Haftung für:
- Entscheidungen, die auf Grundlage der auf der Website bereitgestellten Informationen getroffen werden.

Auralith World offers two subscription plans for legal services:
- Estándar — €200/month: Includes legal consulting, administrative requirements support, extrajudicial claims, and discounts on additional services.
- Premium — €900/month: Includes all Estándar services plus contract review/drafting, litigation up to €50,000, labour conciliation, mediation/arbitration, corporate operations, and tax advisory.
Subscription terms are governed individually in the respective engagement letter. Prices stated on the Website are non-binding.
8. Limitation of Liability
Auralith World assumes no liability for:
- Decisions made based on the information provided on the Website.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content.
- Temporary unavailability of the Website for technical or maintenance reasons.

Auralith World ofrece dos planes de suscripción para servicios jurídicos:
- Estándar — 200 €/mes: Incluye consultoría jurídica, apoyo en requisitos administrativos, reclamaciones extrajudiciales y descuentos en servicios adicionales.
- Premium — 900 €/mes: Incluye todos los servicios Estándar más revisión/redacción de contratos, litigios hasta 50.000 €, conciliación laboral, mediación/arbitraje, operaciones societarias y asesoría fiscal.
Las condiciones de suscripción se regulan individualmente en la correspondiente hoja de encargo. Los precios indicados en el Sitio no son vinculantes.
8. Limitación de Responsabilidad
Auralith World no se hace responsable de:
- Decisiones tomadas basándose únicamente en la información proporcionada en el Sitio.
